What happens during a consultation?

This is a relaxed conversation where we get to know you, your home, and assess your needs. From there, we’ll talk through support options and next steps. Consultations may be held by phone or in person, depending on your needs and the scope of support.


How customized are your services?

Very. No two homes—or seasons of life—look exactly the same, which is why support is always tailored to your needs, routine, and priorities. The examples throughout our website are simply a starting point.
 

Do you have set pricing?

Pricing varies based on support needed. Services are customized so you’re only paying for the level of support that makes sense for your home and your goals.

Do you offer cleaning services?

We are not a traditional cleaning service. While light household upkeep and resets are often part of our support, our focus is thoughtful home support designed to help your home feel more manageable and cared for.

What does “light cleaning” include?
Light cleaning includes tasks like dishes, wiping counters, vacuuming, and general upkeep. 

Do I have to commit to recurring support?

Not at all. We offer both one-time and ongoing support depending on what feels most helpful for your home.

Do I need to be home during the service?
Many clients choose to step out while we work, but you’re always welcome to be home—whatever feels most comfortable for you.

Do you bring your own supplies?
We can use what you already have in your home, but we’re happy to bring basic supplies if needed—just let us know in advance.

How long will my service take?
Timing depends on your home and needs.

Southern NH & Northern MA

What if I need to reschedule?
We understand that things come up. We ask for as much notice as possible when rescheduling so we can accommodate other clients.
